Standard Cleans: Usually handled by one expert cleaner.

Deep Cleaning & End of Tenancy: Depending on the size and condition of the property, we may send a team of two cleaners to ensure every nook and cranny is addressed within a professional time frame.
To ensure we provide the most accurate and fair quote, we kindly ask that you send photos of the areas to be cleaned. This allows our team to review the level of service required and tailor our cleaning plan to your specific needs.
Add Ons
We offer a range of add-ons available at an extra cost, depending on your needs. Please note that these services will require additional time.
Laundry/Ironing
We’ll handle your laundry from start to finish from washing, drying, folding, and ironing your clothes to a neat, fresh finish. Laundry is charged per machine load, while ironing is priced per item. If you choose both services, we can arrange a package rate. Please note that this add-on requires extra time and is available at an additional cost.
Fridge/Freezer
We’ll thoroughly clean the inside of your fridge and/or freezer, removing all food residue, wiping down shelves and drawers, and sanitising all surfaces for a fresh, hygienic finish. This service is available at an additional cost and requires extra time. If both fridge and freezer cleaning are selected, a combined package can be arranged.
Oven Cleaning
We’ll deep clean your oven inside and out by removing grease, burnt-on residue, and food buildup. Racks and trays are cleaned separately, and all surfaces are wiped and polished for a sparkling, hygienic finish. This service is available at an additional cost and requires extra time.
Changing Bed Linens
Experience the luxury of a freshly made bed without lifting a finger. Our team provides a meticulous linen-changing service, stripping away the old and expertly fitting your fresh sheets with hotel-standard precision. We ensure every corner is tucked and every pillow is plumped, leaving your bedroom a perfect sanctuary.
Pet-Safe Product Upgrade
Your furry friends spend most of their time on the floor, which is why their safety is our priority. Upgrade any booking for a small fee to have our team use 100% non-toxic, pet friendly cleaning products. These formulas are powerful enough to tackle paw prints and odors, but gentle enough to be 'lick-safe' for paws and noses.
